I had an issue with my vehicle when having routine service performed at the Mazda dealership. The PT Cruiser is a nightmare from a mechanics perspective. It is costly to repair, and had to be returned a couple of times due to issues found after the initial repairs were made. That was an inconvenience to everyone involved. But, Hamby's handled it very professionally, and never once did I hear any negative comments. I spent years in the automobile repair business myself and realize that sometimes new parts fail. I realize establishments don't make money when they have to to rework and cover under warranty. Hamby's Auto did this with absolutely no argument. Thus, in the future when I need automotive repairs from a place I can rely on for quality and honesty, Hamby's will be my first choice. - Joel M.

Although I had to bring my car back several times it was not because of bad workmanship, parts suppliers were to blame, at significant cost to themselves the fixed all issues, and at a fair price. They stand by their work, which is rare today, and outstanding customer service to boot.
